Igniting Hope Academy

This event is for anyone who wants to grow in hope, strengthen their faith, and live with greater joy—whether you’re new to Igniting Hope or have followed Steve and Wendy’s teaching for years. Everyone is invited!

The Abounding Hope & Joy Conference focuses specifically on transforming beliefs that create lasting joy and hope, helping you partner with God’s promises and live with a victorious mindset.

You can expect a joy-filled, faith-building environment where you’ll be encouraged, equipped, and refreshed. Steve and Wendy Backlund will share powerful biblical teaching, practical tools for renewing your mind, and activations that help you experience greater hope, joy, and breakthrough in everyday life.

We are currently finalizing the full schedule. You can plan to be with us Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with scheduled lunch and dinner breaks. Please note that meals are not included with event registration.

Yes! Registered attendees will receive access to session recordings for one year, so you can revisit the teaching and continue applying what you’ve learned.

Bring your Bible and a journal so you can write down what stands out to you during the sessions. You may also want to bring a reusable water bottle and a light jacket or sweater, as the room can become cool when the air conditioning is running.

Yes! Books, resources, and merchandise from Steve and Wendy, along with items from the Igniting Hope team, will be available for purchase during the event.
