Steve & Wendy Backlund

Steve and Wendy Backlund are encouragers, revivalist teachers, hope igniters and joy activators based in Redding, CA. They travel extensively throughout the world to encourage and empower individuals, churches, leaders, and organizations in victorious mindsets and revival culture. They have a unique anointing to release revelation as speakers and authors. Steve and Wendy are passionate about setting people free from their past and empowering them to walk in the fullness of their spirit identity in Christ. They have both authored books, including Victorious Emotions and Living from the Unseen by Wendy, and The Culture of Empowerment, Declarations, and Igniting Faith in 40 Days by Steve Backlund. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

Pieter & Melinda Lagaay

Melinda and her husband Pieter are passionate about seeing marriages restored and equipping the body in inner healing, deliverance, and the renewing of the mind. Pieter and Melinda’s powerful testimony demonstrates that love conquers all and dreams can be resurrected, no matter the circumstance. Melinda grew up with divorced parents. As the void in her heart increased so did her drive to fill it. She began dating and seeking approval from men to fill this need in her heart. Pieter was raised in a family that placed a high value on hard work and success through academic excellence and professional performance. Pieter went to medical school and law school but fell into the bondage of porn and sexual addiction. His professional career collapsed and they faced a likely second divorce. Then, simultaneously, Melinda heard the audible voice of God while Pieter had an open vision and encountered Jesus. Today Pieter and Melinda’s marriage is stronger than it has ever been! It is filled with a deep love because they have seen the wounds of each other's hearts healed. Their minds are continuously being renewed with beliefs that are solidified in the truth about themselves and each other. For the first time in their marriage, they have tools to maintain peace in their daily life and see each other's hearts like never before. This is not only possible for everyone but is meant for everyone. To see the heart of others as Father God does. That is a true experience of the Father’s heart.

Connie & Aaron Jones

Connie and Aaron Jones are dynamic encouragers that love the body of Christ. It is their passion to see the church walking in her redemptive identity, authority, and destiny. They use authenticity and humor to declare Jesus Christ and His finished work to empower, encourage, and strengthen the body. They have dedicated more than 25 years to serving the church as senior leaders, associate pastors, youth leaders and itinerant ministers. They attended Rhema Bible College and Connie went on to BSSM. They have pastored together for several years here in Redding, CA along with their three beautiful sons: Joran, Braden, and Jesse. Connie has been on staff with Igniting Hope Ministries for 5 and half years.

Jenny & Andy Fitzgerald

Andy & Jenny Fitzgerald are passionate about helping others hear God’s voice. They love to listen to others’ stories and impart the valuable lessons they’ve learned. They believe everyone can hear God’s voice—with clarity and confidence. They believe that hearing God’s voice is the key to deeper communion with God and discovering one’s call in life. Andy and Jenny have been in ministry for over thirty years, serving as consultants, church planters, lead pastors, and university chaplains. They are currently the co-directors of Imagine Life Ministries, a personal and leadership coaching ministry. Jenny is an Igniting Hope certified Beliefs Coach and Trainer and Andy holds a doctorate in contextual theology (Northern Seminary). They have been married for 24 years and have four children, all of whom reside in Redding, CA.
